St. Augustine's is proud to offer Vandal Catholic Intellect as part of our deep commitment to helping both university students and the Moscow community grow in their understanding of the Catholic intellectual tradition. To this aim, Vandal Catholic Intellect offers the following programs and events:

• Vandal Catholic Intellect Courses -- classes taught each semester by Dr. Gracjan Kraszewski on topics such as The Catholic Optic, Art and Architecture, Catholic Literature, etc. Click here to register. You can attend in person or via Zoom! 
• The Great Debate -- an annual event hosted on the University of Idaho campus between two experts in their fields with differing opinions. The debate strives to engage faithful Catholic teaching and model rigorous but respectful dialogue on controversial topics.
• Vandal Catholic Encounter Lectures -- monthly evening lectures on a variety of topics. Past topics include: Comic Book Heroes and Catholicism, Catholics in the Civil War South, Really?, Frozen Music: Buildings and Belief, Catholicism and Politics, Catholicism and Literature, Catholicism and Sports.
• Ask Me Anything Nights -- an evening event offered each semester in which students can pose any question to Fr. Chase and Dr. Gracjan and hear their responses and dialogue.
